Here is the recipe i copy from http://coffeeforjoy.blogspot.com/, i just reduced a bit on the sweetness. Its good for me who know nothing about baking, egg tart is just the right start !
For dough:
300gm flour
200gm butter
2 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp castor sugar
2 tbsp custard powder
1 egg
For egg syrup :
140gm castor sugar boiled in 350ml water
with pandan leaves
5 eggs
100ml fresh milk
Procedure :
1. Boil 350ml water with 140gm castor sugar and pandan leaves then put aside and let it cold.
2. Put all the dough ingredients into a big bowl and mixing them with hands.
3. After the syrup had cooled, add in the beaten eggs and 100gm of fresh milk. Make sure to filter the egg syrup a few times to make it smooth and even.
4. The dough must fill the moulds not too thin and not too thick. Fill the moulds with the eggs syrup, approximately 3 tablespoon per mould.
