The Harvesting Of My DIY Dragon Fruit Enzyme


before open up the lid , i doubt why there are so much of bubbles at the final stage. I noticed the enzyme done by my friend was quite clear compare to mine.

Exactly 2 weeks from 070909 to 200909, i open up the lid of the container.
The smell is a bit sour ....!!!
Ah gu asking me in doubt, " Can this thing be consumed??".... Hehe...I told him to be a white mouse before letting our chidren to try on it.
I sieve the contains a few times to thinner down the juices before pouring it into a glass bottle.

My dragon fruit enzyme is really sweet, i think this is because the dragon fruit itself is sweet and the sugar bar that i add in is too much. The right ratio should be 3 - 1. Mine one is 3 - 1.5.

I store the enzyme in the fridge.

After an hour in the fridge, i open up the lid and smell it. It really smells good like red wine.

I pour a table spoon with some ice cube into a small glass. My daughter take a sip of it and ......

..........she is asking for "more".


Well, If everybody is ok after consume my homemade enzyme. .....................

But maybe next batch, this one a bit thick and sticky cause i put too much of sugar.

Have You got your pineapple enzyme from director of cutting ? Must chase one...like you chase your FAE, taukah?
