Day 1
A week After
This time, i used left over fruits from fridge. Most blogger encourage to use fresh fruit instead but i guest no harm to try . The fruits i used are as follow:-
1) 2 oranges
2) 3 kiwis
3) 3 apples
4) 2 lemons
5) 4 pcs of brown sugar bar
Make sure the air tight glass container, knife and chopping board are dry. Put in the fruits immediately after cut then follow by the brown sugar bar. At last put the lemon at the upper layer. Air tight the container lid. Ensure to shake(rock and roll) the glass container everyday. Remember to open the lid after 3 days the fruits fermented. Then close back the lid and continue shaking the container everyday for 2 weeks before harvesting.
